WHAT ARE THE CATTLE CONTRACTS?
The cattle contracts are a transaction document with a date of victory between the Cattle Center Chinea Arriba C.A. and the investor interested in making render his money without risk and without physical effort too. Just acquiring a couple of mautes which individual weight oscillates between 150 and 350 kilograms.
HOW TO INVEST?
How to invest is simple. Even though there is no knowledge on how to maintain a fattening property, the client can buy a Cattle Contract that will make him the proprietor of one or more animals (depending on the purchase) with a specific weight: between 150 and 350 kilograms of alive standing weight.
WHAT IS THE INVESTORS PROFIT?
The proprietor of a Cattle Contract receives a 100% of the weight purchased plus 30% of the fattened weight, based on 500 grams of daily profit expected per day, multiplied by the future price of the standing cattle in the market at the time of the expiration.
WHEN DO YOU RECEIVE YOUR PROFITS?
The animal in process of gaining the weight must reach the goal of 450 kg. At that time the investor will know his Cattle Contract has reached at its deadline and that it will be paid.
